  • Paid services (e.g., featured ads or premium subscriptions) fail to activate or function as promised due to technical errors on our end.
  • Duplicate payments made for the same service.
  • Cancellations made within the allowable refund window, if applicable.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Payments for successfully posted ads.
  • Services that have already been utilized or delivered.
  • Any user error, including but not limited to incorrect ad category selection or payment.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email our customer support at support@ezyadz.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order/Service ID].”
  2. Include proof of payment, a description of the issue, and any supporting documents/screenshots.
  3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

4. Processing Time

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14-30 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Returns (if applicable)

Since Ezyadz.com is a digital platform, the concept of “returns” does not apply to our services. However, if you encounter issues with digital services, please contact our support team for assistance.
